Hosting Terms

Effective 1/1/2020, Shasta Solutions provides website hosting services through third-party providers including, but not limited to, GoDaddy, Squarespace, Google, and SiteGround. This policy outlines the terms related to payment of annual hosting fees and the consequences of overdue payments.

Payment Terms:

  1. Annual hosting invoices are issued by Shasta Solutions and are payable within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
  2. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure timely payment of their hosting fees to avoid any interruption in service.

Late Payment Consequences:

  1. Suspension of Services: If payment is more than 60 days past due, Shasta Solutions reserves the right to suspend website hosting services. During this suspension period, the hosted website may become inaccessible until the overdue payment is received.
  2. Termination of Services: If the account remains unpaid for more than 30 days after the suspension of services (i.e., 90 days past the original due date), Shasta Solutions will terminate the hosting services. Termination will result in the permanent removal of the hosted content from our third-party hosting providers.


  1. To reactivate suspended services, the client must pay all outstanding balances. A reactivation fee may also apply.
  2. Reactivation after termination is not guaranteed and may require a new hosting setup at current rates.


  1. Shasta Solutions will make reasonable efforts to notify the client of overdue payments and pending suspension or termination of services. However, it is ultimately the client’s responsibility to keep their account in good standing.

Policy Acceptance: By utilizing Shasta Solutions’ website hosting services, clients agree to adhere to this Hosting Policy. It is the client’s responsibility to review and understand the terms herein.
